We appreciate the natural and down-to-earth approach, especially in our kitchen. That's why we use all-natural ingredients in our cooking, with a preference for those with zero kilometres on them – sourced from our garden, friendly local farmers, and neighbouring producers.

Our culinary team transforms these ingredients into hearty and authentic dishes of South Tyrolean cuisine. Allow us to pamper your taste buds – from early morning to late night. Start your day with a wholesome breakfast buffet, indulge in a slice of cake with your coffee after exploring the outdoors, and in the evening, we serve our 5-course gourmet menu.

We prefer to begin the day with sunshine and a variety of delicious treats. At our generous breakfast buffet, you'll find: fresh eggs, milk, and cheese straight from the farmer, South Tyrolean bacon, sausages and cold cuts, fresh bread in all sorts of variations, homemade jams and spreads, freshly squeezed orange juice, apple juice from a neighbouring farmer, and much more.

We also serve a cup of hot coffee or tea. Feel free to help yourselves to as much as you like and enjoy the start of the day to the fullest.

SNACKS, CAKES, AND COCKTAILS

After hiking or a day on the ski slopes, it's time for indulgence at Edelweiss once again. We are delighted to treat you to homemade cakes and coffee, small snacks made from products of the Senales Valley, as well as cocktails and refreshing beverages.

Put your feet up on our sunny terrace or relax in our cozy fireplace bar and lounge. Our bar is open daily from 07:00 AM to 11:00 PM for your enjoyment.

5-COURSE CHOICE MENU IN THE EVENING

Freshly harvested, homemade, and handcrafted – that's what we stand for, and that's what our kitchen crew values as well. Whenever possible, we use products from local farmers, known for their top-quality ingredients, as the foundation of our 5-course choice menu that you can look forward to every evening: fresh salads from the buffet, soups and cold appetizers, typical South Tyrolean dishes like Schlutzkrapfen (ravioli filled with filled with spinach and cream cheese) or cheese-filled dumplings, and something sweet to finish.

Alongside, we serve a fine glass of wine recommended by Chef Martin and our diligent staff. Naturally, we also offer vegetarian options, allergy-friendly menus, and children's menus.

Make yourselves comfortable and let your holiday day wind down with good food and a glass of South Tyrolean red wine. At Edelweiss, you can savour your meal in wood-panelled parlours or in cozy nooks in the restaurant, and during the summer, you're also welcome to dine in the garden and on the sunny terrace.
